Meet Bill

I was raised by the best, those greatest generations (there were more than one) that made it through the Great Depression and at least one of those two horrible wars. The generations that made it through and then created the period of the most social and economic progress towards equality in the history of civilization. Growing up in the 70's and 80's, my parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, coaches, neighbors, and friends' parents all wanted me understand that the world they built would soon be my responsibility. It would be my job to protect and continue the progress they had worked so hard to give us. They wanted me to know that if people didn't take care of it. it could go bad very quickly, and should that happen, it was just as important to know it could get better again.

This campaign is more about them than it even will be about me. Our country sits at the precipice of some dark times, times that they would have never allowed to happen. They're not here, but I am and so are a lot of people raised by those same generations. We can get through this. They taught us that, and they taught us what could be achieved when we do.
